Terms and conditions of use

1. Getting started:

1.1 - This contract is concluded between:

"IPOLOTECH" SRL and the legal person or natural person what make a deal with IPOLOTECH SERVICES.

1.2 - By checking the "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" option The CUSTOMER agrees and undertakes to comply fully with the terms of this AGREEMENT.

1.3 - The CUSTOMER's acceptance of the terms and conditions of this product represents the agreement to the payment and use of the product.

2. Use License:

2.1 - Purchasing services from Ipolotech, you're agreeing to the following terms:

2.1.2 - For amount over 250€ , 50% of pamynet upfront is applicable.

2.1.3 - For amount under 250€, 100% of payment must be sent upfront.

2.1.4 - You are not allowed to claim this content as your own or when other ask you who made it you are not allowed to say that you did it.

2.1.5 - You can not resell or distribute this product.

2.1.6 - You are not allowed to leak/give it to someone.

2.1.7 - You will not charge back, no matter what the reason.

2.1.8- You are not allowed to remove Ipolotech copyright!

3. Disclaimer:

3.1 - All works in our our portfolio are coded by Ipolotech according to the client's preferences.

3.2- Site bugs, errors need to be reported in warranty time. Once warranty expired Developer  is not obliged to provide support for missing errors or bugs.

3.3 - Materials used for templates are added temporary, so we don't offer copyright for it. Once you buy an service of us you're obligated to change all images on your in template.

4. Warranty:

Completed projects automatically receive one week ( 7 days ) WARRANTY, in which time client need to report all bugs and issues. After the warranty expires we are not obliged to offer a free warranty.

Warranty only works with template bugs and issues, if you installed / edited the template incorrectly it is not our obligation to offer free help. 

The installation and customization of the template is not included in the price of the template or in the warranty.

4. Installation / Help:

Installing and customizing the template will cost extra.

In order to receive help from our developers it is mandatory to prevent us proof of purchase (date of purchase, name of buyer, name of template).
